For Parents

To sign up your child, visit the Cool Milk Customer website and follow the registration process. You’ll need to provide your child’s details and the school or nursery they attend. Once registered, you’ll receive confirmation and instructions on when and how your child will start receiving milk.

Children under the age of five are eligible for free milk. For children aged five and over, payment is required at a subsidised cost.

Payments can be made through the Cool Milk Customer website using your Cool Milk account, where you can choose to pay via credit/debit card.

If your child has a milk allergy or intolerance, you should notify your school or nursery; they may offer alternative options. The Nursery Milk Scheme does not currently offer free dairy alternatives.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your child’s milk order through the Cool Milk Customer website using your Cool Milk account. Changes should be made by 5pm on the Tuesday before the week milk is to be delivered.

For Schools & Early Years

Cool Milk partners with childcare settings to provide fresh milk to children in their attendance. Settings receive regular deliveries, and milk is distributed to the children, ensuring they receive the nutritional benefits of drinking milk.

Children under the age of five and attending a registered childcare setting for 2 hours or more per day are eligible for a single 189ml portion of free milk. Children over the age of 5 who are in receipt of statutory benefits-based free school meals are also eligible for free school milk funded by the school.

Parents can check the current pricing and make payments by logging into the Cool Milk Customer website using their Cool Milk account.

Childcare establishments can sign up for Cool Milk by completing the registration form. Our friendly sales team will then contact you to guide you through the process and provide all necessary information to get started.

This is based on the setting’s location, specific requirements and order size but our valued dairy partners aim to make deliveries at least twice a week.
