The websites are jointly owned and operated by Cool Milk at School Limited (Company Number 3603430, VAT Number 991265102) and Cool Milk Limited (Company Number 3603426, VAT Number 991265102), together known as Cool Milk (“we”, “us”, “our”). You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering your details with us. However, certain areas are only accessible upon registration. Ordering from Us – Parents and Guardians
Before placing an order, you must complete the registration process online or via a paper Registration Form. Acceptance of your order occurs upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse orders due to pricing or product description errors. Delivery will be made to your child’s school by our selected subcontractor, intended for consumption during standard school hours.
Pricing and Payments – Parents and Guardians
The daily cost per 189ml portion of milk will be detailed on your payment request. Prices are subject to periodic review. Payments can be made online via credit or debit card. Other payment methods will be detailed on your payment request.
Cancellations – Parents and Guardians
To cancel your child’s school milk, please contact us. Refunds, minus a £2.20 administration fee, will be issued within 28 days of receiving notification. If your child moves school, notify us 14 days in advance. Refunds, subject to the same administration fee, will be issued if the new school is not part of the scheme.
Licence
You are permitted to print and download extracts from our websites for personal use, provided certain conditions are met. Copyright and intellectual property rights are owned by us or our licensors. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.
Service Access
While we aim for continuous website availability, we are not liable for any interruptions due to system failures or maintenance.
